Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note that custom or personalized items, gift cards, and sale items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@wapicsports.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@wapicsports.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
